Q: What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
A: Additional hours are billed at your tier's hourly rate. Standard and Premium clients can also bank unused hours for future use.

Q: What happens if you find a major repair needed?
A: We'll document it, explain the issue, and provide a separate quote. Major repairs are not included in subscription fees, but Premium clients receive a 10% discount.

Q: Can I skip a month if I'm traveling?
A: Yes, we can adjust your schedule. Standard and Premium clients can bank their hours for when you return.

Q: What if I'm not home during service?
A: We can arrange access through lockboxes, hidden keys, or garage codes. We'll always send photo reports of our work.

Q: Do you work weekends or holidays?
A: Standard and Premium clients can schedule weekend appointments. Holiday service is available for Premium clients.

Q: What's not included in the subscription?
A: Licensed work requiring permits, major appliance repairs, and materials over your tier's monthly allowance are billed separately.
